Stolen Wealth page is fiercely dedicated to researching and exposing the major beneficiaries of African slavery in the Americas and abroad as they existed then and are known today. We will regard ourselves as hunters and gatherers of ill-gotten wealth, focusing primarily on all such entities we find to have gotten its wealth either directly or indirectly from the trans-Atlantic slave trade of Africans worldwide.

Slave labor made the United States of America the richest and most powerful nation the world has ever seen. Many wealthy families, foundations, corporations and certain individuals can trace their wealth directly to the slave trade. Likewise, many others (here and abroad) can indirectly attribute their financial fortunes to the slave trade as well. Some are well-known; others are disguised, merged and called by different names today. Like Bank of America, spawned from the old Providence Bank of Rhode Island.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of African Americans are very much in the dark as to the astronomical amount of wealth generated by their ancestors. Many don't know that large portions of that wealth did not come from slave labor, but from inventions and innovations that slaves could not patent or own because they themselves were the property of another or some other swindle. This page will pierce that ignorance to help us understand that what our ancestors sowed was indeed massive wealth. That same wealth is now within our grasp to reap!
